Who is responsible for your data

This policy covers the public website agents.codhash.com. Data processed for a client of the platform falls under that client's contract.

What we collect

When you request an assessment: your name, your email, your company name, your website if you give it, what interests you and your message.

When you visit the site: the technical data needed to run and secure it, such as your IP address and browser, as well as technical error reports.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a possible assessment, at your initiative and in our legitimate interest in answering companies that contact us.

For how long

We keep an assessment request that goes no further for at most 24 months, then delete it. If you become a client, your contract takes over.

Who can access it

The CodAgents team, and the providers that run the site: Hetzner Online GmbH for hosting, in Germany; Resend for sending email and Sentry for error reports, whose services may involve processing outside Europe, notably in the United States, under the contractual safeguards they offer.

Cookies

The public site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tool. Only technical items, such as your language, are stored. If you sign in to the platform, a session cookie keeps you signed in.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its processing by writing to hello@codhash.com.
